ReacherX v3.0 is available in public beta. Describe what you sell or do, find people talking about a problem you can solve, and reply without leaving the app.
During onboarding, describe your product, service, or skill. That becomes your workspace description. ReacherX uses it to suggest keywords that can help you find customers.
You can use those suggestions or enter your own keywords. Start with language a customer would use when asking for help.
Turn on Exact Phrase Match when you want results containing a particular phrase. Turn it off to explore broader results.
Open a result to understand the person and their post. If you can help, write a relevant reply in the composer. You can keep writing while earlier replies send.
Update your workspace when you want to find customers for a different product, service, or skill. This release supports one workspace per account. Multiple workspaces were planned for a later update.
Pin keywords that bring back useful results. You can reuse them without typing the search again.
Choose posts, replies, or quotes. Use advanced filters to narrow the list, then change the sort order to find the conversations you want to read first.
Upvote useful results and downvote poor matches. That feedback helps ReacherX suggest better keywords for future searches.
At launch, the next steps were multiple workspaces, more platforms, and less manual work. We wanted ReacherX to keep listening for customer needs and help with the conversations that followed.
